0 to 5K
For complete beginners, or if running for 5 minutes is hard today. You start with short run and walk intervals and build up step by step to 30 minutes, then to 5 km. After each run you say how it felt, and Runbriel suggests when to move on.

5K and 10K
If you can already run about 20–30 minutes. Easy runs, a long run and, depending on your level, strides, tempo runs or intervals. Add a race date and a target time if you have one.
Half marathon and Marathon
For runners who already run regularly. Longer long runs, race-pace work, fuel practice and a taper before race day.
Build endurance
More distance without a race: easy running that slowly grows, with lighter weeks.
Welcome back to running
After a long break, an illness, an injury or a pregnancy. Gentle run/walk sets up to 30 minutes of running, at most 3 runs a week, no fast running. If a doctor hasn't cleared you to run yet, wait.
Build your own plan
You write every workout yourself, like on paper. Runbriel doesn't check it with its safety rules – you're in charge.
