Running plans & guided runs · Android · iPhone coming soon
Runbriel builds a plan around the days you can run, guides every run with voice cues, and adjusts when life happens. Free during testing, in 8 languages.

A plan, not just a tracker
Tell Runbriel your goal and your days. Every week you know exactly what to run, how hard, and why.
Plans
Every plan is built around the days you can run and how much you run now.
0 to 5K
New to running? Start with a gentle run and walk plan.
5K Training Plan
Build up to running 5 kilometres, or run it faster.
10K Training Plan
Train for 10 kilometres with a steady weekly build.
Half Marathon
21.1 km in 10–16 weeks, with race-pace long runs and a taper. For runners who already run regularly.
Marathon
42.2 km in 14–20 weeks, with long runs up to about 30 km, fuel practice and a 3-week taper. For experienced runners.
Build Endurance
Grow your weekly distance and base fitness, without a race in mind.
Welcome back to running
After a long break, an illness, an injury or a pregnancy: a gentle plan that adapts to why you stopped.
Build your own
Plan every workout yourself, week by week. Any length, your own days, open-ended if you like.

Guided runs
Open the app and see what to run today and how hard. Tap play: voice cues lead you through warm-up, intervals and cool-down, with your phone in your pocket. GPS works without signal.

Races
Add the races you've signed up for and watch the countdown. Start a race run and Runbriel tells you when you drift away from your target pace.

Best times
From 1K to the marathon. Your fastest 5K is found even when it was part of a 10 km run. Add times from races you ran before, and see your full ranking.

Analytics
Distance, time and streaks by week, month or year. Runs, walks and treadmill, including runs from your watch.

Shoes
Add your pairs, pick a default, and every run counts towards it. Runbriel shows the kilometres on each pair and when a new one is due.

Share
Turn a run or a whole month into a picture, or a see-through sticker with your route, for Instagram, Strava or WhatsApp.

Life happens
A check-in before every run
Ready to go, a bit tired or not today? Your answer changes today's workout: as planned, an easier version, or rest. It stays on your phone.
Postpone for illness or injury
Take a break of 1 to 4 weeks. The workouts in between are taken out and the rest of your plan moves back. The reason isn't saved.
A gentle way back
After a long break, Welcome back to running starts where you are now, and steps back if something hurts.
Race week, sorted
The last week gets lighter, with a checklist for the week, the day before, race morning and after.

How it works
Tell us your goal
5K, 10K, half, marathon, or simply to start running.
Pick your days
The days you can run and your long-run day.
Run with guidance
Voice cues tell you when to run, when to walk and how fast.
It adapts
Too hard? Missed a week? Runbriel suggests a change, and you decide.
The approach
Mostly easy
Most of your running is at a pace where you can still talk. That builds fitness and keeps you healthy.
Step by step
Distance grows gradually, with a lighter week every few weeks.
Rest counts
Rest days, and an easier week before race day, are part of the plan.
